Andrew Spinnato is a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer as well as a second level “Resistance Training Specialist” R.T.S II. His areas of expertise include Biomechanics, Sports Conditioning, Altering Body Composition and Nutrition. Andrew has trained all different walks of life ranging from professional athletes to the physically handicapped. Through continuing education Andrew has always stayed on the cutting edge of the exercise industry while always taking on the attitude of the more you learn the less you know.
Andrew’s hobbies include Jui Jitsui, Kenpo, Boxing and Golf

Jamie Kaplan is a NASM certified personal trainer and psychology graduate of Tufts University. She has trained at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs for competitive figure skating, and has taught and worked with such international competitors as Paul Wylie, Nancy Kerrigan, and Jennifer Kirk. She has a background in diet and nutrition, and has worked with clients of all ages. “I love to WORK in the gym, and I’ll make you love it too. Fitness isn’t supposed to be easy, but it is supposed to be fun!”
Luis Figueroa is a certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Luis is an expert on sports conditioning having designed exercise programs for a multiple sports including wrestle, jui jitsui, and judo. Luis himself is an expert martial artist having gained national attention as one of the "Pound for pound" best grapplers.
Louis’s interest include Jui jitsui, Mixed Martial Arts, Yoga and Fine Arts
Tyler is a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer, National Strength and Conditioning Certified Personal Trainer, and a Certified Resistance Training Specialist, R.T.S. 1 & 2. Tyler received his B.S. from Springfield College in 1996 and a MBA from University of New Haven in 2004. He truly is a guru of personal training and expects nothing but the best from his individual clients. Over the years, he has worked with a variety of individuals including Medical doctors, Senior citizens, Olympic athletes and the physically challenged.
