Marsha Blakeslee holds a Master’s degree in Sports Performance from the University of Portsmouth (UK). She also holds a BA in Psychology from Randolph-Macon Woman's College in Virginia.
Marsha has traveled the world in pursuit of sport, and has spent the last two years studying athletes and coaches while in the UK. A contributing author to The Sport Psychologist, Her fitness interests include sport-specific training, balance, Pilates-infusion, and functional training for everyday living.

Luis Figueroa is a certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Luis is an expert in sports conditioning having trained under world renowned Athletic Trainer Mike Boyle. His attention to proper lifting mechanics and program design has led him to two Connecticut State power lifting titles within the 132 lb and 148lb weight divisions. He has designed exercise programs for multiple sports including wrestling, jiu jitsu, and judo. Luis himself is an expert martial artist having gained national attention as one of the "Pound for pound" best grapplers.
Luis’s interest include Jui jitsui, Mixed Martial Arts, Power Lifting, Olympic Lifting and Fine Arts
Tyler is a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer, National Strength and Conditioning Certified Personal Trainer, and a Certified Resistance Training Specialist, R.T.S. 1 & 2. Tyler received his B.S. from Springfield College in 1996 and a MBA from University of New Haven in 2004. He truly is a guru of personal training and expects nothing but the best from his individual clients. Over the years, he has worked with a variety of individuals including Medical doctors, Senior citizens, Olympic athletes and the physically challenged.

Yvette Sincavage is a certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She uses a systematic approach to fitness utilizing various forms of exercise including resistance training, cardiovascular conditioning, core work and proper nutrition. Yvette is an expert in altering body composition, sports conditioning and functional training. She herself is an experienced soccer player and figure skater.
Yvette’s interests include running, Pilates, hiking and healthy cooking.

Andrew Spinnato is a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer as well as a second level "Resistance Training Specialist" R.T.S II. His areas of expertise include Biomechanics, Sports Conditioning, Altering Body Composition and Nutrition. Andrew has trained all different walks of life ranging from professional athletes to the physically handicapped. Through continuing education Andrew has always stayed on the cutting edge of the exercise industry while always taking on the attitude of the more you learn the less you know.
Andrew’s hobbies include Jui Jitsui, Kenpo, Boxing and Golf "Physiology is simply the body’s response to physics, Biomechanics is the science of life motion, it is the combination of these true sciences that helps me to create proper exercise, Hmmmm….. maybe I should be spending less time in the gym and more time working on my tan."
Nicole Sutherland is an American College of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer. She earned her B.S. in Applied Exercise Science from Springfield College. Nicole’s pervious ten year gymnastics career, high school track career, and experience working at Velocity Sports Performance make her an expert in sports performance training. Nicole has a passion and drive for helping people to achieve their goals in sport and wellness by coaching safe and effective technique and mechanics.
