For many of you parking will not be an issue as New Haven Fitness is conveniently located walking distance from all major business & housing in downtown New Haven. However, we do offer parking for those who require it.
Street parking is available throughout the day and is free before 9 am and after 6 pm during the week and all day on Sunday.

We are also happy to announce that there is free parking for up to 2 hours after 5 pm Monday through Friday in the OMNI Parking Garage directly below this facility. There is no need to leave the building as there are signs posted in the garage and stairwell directing you from the garage to New Haven Fitness. The OMNI Garage can be accessed via Temple Street.
Please be aware that you will be charged a fee of $8 for the third hour Monday through Friday in the garage, therefore time your workouts accordingly.
